About The Law Firm

Keith A. James, P.A. was founded in 2005, by Keith James, a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.  Having worked in large law firms for most of his legal career, Mr. James thought there was a better way.  He believed that he could build a firm that would represent small businesses and private entrepreneurs in a more empathetic, efficient, and expedient manner.  These entities and individuals often could not afford the services of large law firms, and often employed the services of attorneys lacking the sophistication and expertise of “big firm” attorneys.  Mr. James believed that, with his own law firm, he could provide “big firm” quality at more affordable prices.

Keith James, P.A. is owned by Keith A. James, Esq.   Mr. James is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.  For most of his legal career, Mr. James worked for large law firms.

Mr. James is empathetic to the needs and concerns of his small business clients because he, too, has been “bitten by the entrepreneurial bug”.  In 2005, Mr. James left a partnership at a major law firm and started his own law firm.  As a result of that experience, Mr. James is particularly attuned to the issues that confront small businesses and private entrepreneurs.
